Job Description

Responsibilities:

·        Oversee daily operations and quality assurance across all Phaedrus Living properties in Cyprus, ensuring consistent service and operational excellence across all cities.

·        Direct all aspects of property readiness — including cleaning, maintenance scheduling, and pre-arrival inspections — to ensure seamless guest experiences.

·        Establish and enforce detailed cleaning and quality assurance protocols across all properties.

·        Conduct regular quality audits using digital checklists, photo verification, and reporting tools to monitor compliance and performance trends.

·        Manage the cleaning services division, optimizing labuor allocation, turnaround efficiency, and real-time communication through task management platforms.

·        Utilize property management systems (PMS), scheduling software, and data dashboards to monitor occupancy, work orders, and service response times.

·        Implement technology-driven process improvements, including automation of inspection reports, vendor tracking, and issue resolution workflows.

·        Collaborate with maintenance and operations teams to proactively address recurring issues using data insights.

·        Analyze performance metrics to drive continuous improvement, reduce operational costs, and increase guest satisfaction scores.

·        Partner with leadership to align operational strategy with growth objectives and maintain brand consistency across all markets.

·        Perform other relevant assignments as requested.
 

Requirements:

·        Proven experience in hospitality operations, housekeeping supervision, or quality assurance (short-term rentals or hotels preferred).

·        Excellent command of Greek and English, both verbal and written.

·        Proficiency in using property management systems (PMS), scheduling software, and digital reporting tools.

·        Strong organizational and leadership skills with attention to detail.

·        Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.

·        Commitment to maintaining high operational and service standards.

·        EU driving license required.
