LLT LAW is looking to hire an experienced Senior Real Estate Lawyer to join our Real Estate Department in Paphos. This role suits a motivated, commercially minded, and detail-oriented legal professional with a strong interest in property law and a commitment to high-quality client service.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and oversee a broad range of Cyprus real estate transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, transfers, and financing of immovable property.
Draft, review, negotiate, and advise on sale and purchase agreements, lease agreements, development agreements, powers of attorney, and other related legal documentation.
Conduct legal due diligence for property transactions and provide practical legal advice to clients.
Handle conveyancing procedures and liaise with the Department of Lands and Surveys and other relevant governmental authorities.
Advise local and international clients on Cyprus property law matters.
Represent clients in meetings and coordinate with banks, developers, government authorities, and other professionals involved in transactions.
Mentor junior lawyers within the department and support the continued development of the Real Estate team.
Keep up to date with legislative and regulatory developments affecting the real estate sector.
Requirements
Law degree from a recognised university.
Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience, with substantial exposure to Cyprus real estate and property law.
Strong knowledge of conveyancing procedures and Cyprus property legislation.
Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
Ability to manage multiple transactions and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent command of Greek and English (written and spoken).
Knowledge of the Polish language (written and spoken) will be considered a strong advantage.
