Job Description
This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, working on cross-border and local commercial, M&A, banking and capital markets transactions as well as local and cross-border litigation disputes.
Key Skills Required:
- Bachelor degree in law
- LPC or Bar Course is a plus but not required
- Common law legal and academic background
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Willingness to learn
- Enthusiastic team player
Responsibilities:
- Assisting the various departments with their day to day tasks
- Reviewing, drafting and preparing contracts
- Assisting the litigation department and attending court
- Provision of services to client
