Job Description:
As a Sales and Display Specialist, you will play a vital role in creating an inviting and visually appealing atmosphere in our store. Your responsibilities will include:
• Sales Excellence: Assist customers with their jewelry selections, providing exceptional customer service to ensure a memorable shopping experience.
• Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with our jewelry collection, including materials, styles, and craftsmanship, to assist customers effectively.
• Visual Merchandising: Create stunning jewelry displays that showcase our products and highlight their unique features. Regularly refresh and rearrange displays to keep the store looking fresh and enticing.
• Customer Engagement: Build relationships with customers by understanding their preferences and offering personalised recommendations.
• Inventory Management: Keep track of inventory levels and assist in restocking items as needed.
• Store Maintenance: Help maintain a clean and organized store environment.
Qualifications:
• A genuine passion for jewelry and fashion.
• Interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and creativity.
• Enthusiasm for creating visually appealing displays.
• Availability for part-time shifts, including weekends and evenings.
• Previous retail or sales experience is a plus but not required.
