Job Description

We are hiring an experienced SITE ENGINEER to manage and coordinate construction site activities on a daily basis, ensuring smooth communication between the admin team and site team

Key Responsibilities:

• Quickly resolve technical and project-related issues on site (construction details, drawings, etc.).
• Monitor construction and finishing works to ensure they meet project documentation, deadlines, and quality standards.
• Communicate and coordinate with site manager, foremen, team leads, and workers on the site.
• Pass on tasks from the admin team (Project Manager, Deputy PM) to site teams and follow up on progress.
• Make on-the-spot decisions to organize and improve work flow on site.
• Participate in coordination meetings and provide regular updates on project progress.
• Identify and fix issues or delays during the construction process.
• Communicate with subcontractors and suppliers for any urgent or on-site matters.

Candidate Profile:

• At least  5 years of experience in construction projects.
• Hands-on experience in solving technical problems on site.
• Knowledge of interior finishing works and engineering systems is a must.
• Strong skills in managing and motivating teams directly on the construction site.
• Able to make fast, practical decisions.
• Languages: English and Greek. Russian  is a plus.
