Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Social Media Manager to build and own our social presence across our markets. You will shape how we show up, grow engaged communities from scratch, and own the social media channel strategy end to end.
 

You'll be the voice and curator of our social channels. You'll turn ideas into content people want to follow, share, and talk about. Your creativity, your feel for our communities, and your consistency will grow our audience and make our brand something people want to be part of.

• Own the organic social strategy for our priority emerging markets across all our brands
• Build and nurture communities on the platforms that matter locally, such as Telegram, X, Instagram, and local channels
• Run the content calendar: original content, match-day and event-led posts, promotions, product updates, and community conversations
• Brief content and design teams, and own day-to-day publishing
• Adapt tone and content to local culture and user behaviour, going beyond translation
• Moderate and engage with communities, building trust and managing feedback to our standards
• Own social analytics, from KPIs and reporting to insights on what drives growth, engagement, and player interest
• Work with Product and Legal to keep content on-brand and compliant
• Manage influencers, freelancers, and agencies, and help shape the function as it grows
   

What you bring

• 5+ years in social media, with a proven record of growing real, engaged audiences organically
• Hands-on use of AI tools to create content and speed up workflows, from ideation and visuals to localisation, reporting, and automation
• Awareness of platform and advertising restrictions
• Experience owning a channel or function and social media strategy, not just execution
• Fluent English, excellent communication, and sound editorial judgement
• Creative, proactive, and ideas-led, with fresh formats that stand out and a willingness to test new approaches
• Analytical mindset, turning data into decisions
• Collaborative with other teams, such as Affiliate and Performance Marketing, and a self-starter who sets direction independently
• Right to work in Cyprus (EU citizenship or an existing work or residence permit)
• Willingness to work on-site from our Limassol/Nicosia office

Nice to have

• Turkish language skills or experience with Turkish-speaking audiences
• Experience in emerging markets
• Experience managing creators, influencers, or community ambassadors
• Previous people-management or team-building experience
• Comfortable working in industries such as iGaming, betting, fintech, crypto, or similar
