Social Media Officer / Content Creator
Job Description
Content Creation and Management:
- Develop and execute social media content plans aligned with the company's marketing strategy.
- Create, edit, and publish engaging content (text, images, videos, graphics) tailored for each platform.
- Ensure all content adheres to the brand's tone, voice, and style guidelines.
Social Media Strategy and Execution:
- Manage day-to-day posting, scheduling, and monitoring of content across platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok).
- Work closely with the marketing team to ensure consistent messaging and branding.
Community Management:
- Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages promptly and professionally.
Monitor online conversations and participate where relevant to build relationships and manage the brand's online reputation.
Analytics and Reporting:
- Track and analyze key performance metrics (e.g., reach, engagement, conversions) using tools like META Ads Manager, Sprinklr.
- Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable insights to optimize strategies.
Trend Monitoring:
- Stay updated on social media trends, algorithm changes, and emerging platforms.
- Suggest innovative ideas to boost audience engagement and brand presence.
Campaigns and Collaborations:
- Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns, contests, and promotions.
- Collaborate with influencers, content creators, and other third parties to expand brand reach.
- Compliance and Crisis Management.
Ensure all content and activities comply with relevant laws, guidelines, and company policies.
Address potential crises swiftly and professionally in collaboration with PR and management teams.
