2K Property Group is growing and we’re looking for someone who can help tell that story.

We are looking for a creative, confident and highly social-media-savvy Content Specialist who can develop our organic content strategy, create high-quality short-form content and become one of the faces of the 2K Property Group brand.

This is not a role for someone who simply schedules posts.

We want someone who understands what makes people stop scrolling, watch, engage and remember a brand.

What You’ll Be Doing

You will take ownership of our organic social media presence across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn and emerging platforms, including:

• Creating and executing our organic content strategy
• Developing original content ideas and recurring content series
• Filming and presenting short-form videos
• Being comfortable appearing on camera as a representative of 2K Property Group
• Creating content around our properties, hotels and client projects
• Showing behind-the-scenes content of how our company operates
• Creating educational and informative videos about property management, hospitality and real estate
• Producing property tours, transformations, launches and lifestyle content
• Interviewing team members, clients, property owners and partners
• Developing influencer and creator collaborations
• Identifying trends and adapting them to our brand
• Writing hooks, scripts, captions and CTAs
• Editing or coordinating fast-paced short-form video production
• Distributing and repurposing content across multiple platforms
• Monitoring performance and continuously improving content based on data

We want to turn what happens inside our company every day into content people actually want to watch.

Who We’re Looking For

You should be:

• Extremely comfortable speaking and presenting on camera
• Naturally creative and full of content ideas
• Experienced with Instagram Reels, TikTok and short-form video
• Comfortable filming with both phone and professional equipment
• Capable of editing engaging short-form videos
• Strong at storytelling, hooks and attention retention
• Familiar with current social media trends and platform algorithms
• Organised enough to manage a consistent content calendar
• Comfortable travelling to properties and filming on location
• Able to work independently and turn an idea into finished content

Experience in hospitality, luxury property, real estate, travel, lifestyle or personal-brand content is a strong advantage.

But more importantly, we are looking for personality, creativity and execution.
