Our team is growing!

GnosisNet is a well establish company offering to its customers a wide range of software solutions and services. Given the latest business expansion, we are currently looking for a new team member for the Software Support position.

We are welcoming candidates with the following skills:

• Hands-on experience with Windows/OS environments
• Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products
• Familiar with remote desktop applications
• Ability to guide step by step, both written and verbal
• Tech savvy & enthusiastic to learn new programs and platforms
• Organized and problem-solving orientated
• Experience in IT related departments, such as Technical Support, Desktop Support, IT Helpdesk or similar will be consider as an advantage
• Previous experience in using planning or task management tools, such as Jira or DevOps will be considered as an advantage 

Other requirements:

• Educated to a degree level (e.g. Diploma, BSc, etc.) in an IT related subject, such as Business Information technology
• Excellent spoken and written English and Greek communication skills
• Great communication skills
• Pleasant and team spirited personality

Key Responsibilities include:

• Research and identify solutions for software and/or hardware issues
• Manage & troubleshoot applications developed by GnosisNet, and provide internal and external support
• Document technical knowledge in the form of notes and manuals
• Updating our internal databases with various information
• Alignment within the department for maintaining a constant level of awareness

Onboarding training will be provided, along with any other training required for improving your existing skills.
