GnosisNet is a well establish company offering to its customers a wide range of software solutions and services. Given the latest business expansion, we are currently looking for a new team member for the Software Support position.
We are welcoming candidates with the following skills:
Hands-on experience with Windows/OS environments
Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products
Familiar with remote desktop applications
Ability to guide step by step, both written and verbal
Tech savvy & enthusiastic to learn new programs and platforms
Organized and problem-solving orientated
Experience in IT related departments, such as Technical Support, Desktop Support, IT Helpdesk or similar will be consider as an advantage
Previous experience in using planning or task management tools, such as Jira or DevOps will be considered as an advantage
Other requirements:
Educated to a degree level (e.g. Diploma, BSc, etc.) in an IT related subject, such as Business Information technology
Excellent spoken and written English and Greek communication skills
Great communication skills
Pleasant and team spirited personality
Key Responsibilities include:
Research and identify solutions for software and/or hardware issues
Manage & troubleshoot applications developed by GnosisNet, and provide internal and external support
Document technical knowledge in the form of notes and manuals
Updating our internal databases with various information
Alignment within the department for maintaining a constant level of awareness
Onboarding training will be provided, along with any other training required for improving your existing skills.
