Key Responsibilities
Design and implement efficient inventory tracking systems
Monitor and maintain accurate stock levels and inventory records
Coordinate daily deliveries, shipments and stock movements
Ensure proper stock handling, storage and organisation within the warehouse
Source suppliers and build strong professional relationships
Prepare reports and provide recommendations to improve procedures and reduce costs
Work closely with Sales, Purchasing and other departments to ensure efficient inventory flow
Maintain and update inventory databases using inventory management software
Conduct regular stock checks and assist with inventory forecasting and planning
Ensure compliance with company procedures and inventory control standards
Requirements
Strong organisational, analytical and multitasking skills
Good knowledge of inventory management software and Microsoft Office
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Flexible, responsible and detail-oriented mindset
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Previous experience in inventory management, warehousing or distribution will be considered an advantage
Experience in customer-driven warehouse & distribution environments will be considered an advantage
Working Hours
Monday – Friday 09:00 – 17:00
