Store Manager
Job Description
ALDO is a global footwear and accessories brand present in over 100 countries. We are looking for an experienced and motivated Store Manager to lead one of our stores in Limassol.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who is passionate about retail, driven by results and able to inspire and develop a team.
What You Will Be Responsible For
- Leading and motivating the store team to achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets
- Analysing store performance using key retail metrics and taking action to improve results
- Managing the daily operations of the store including scheduling, stock management and visual merchandising
- Coaching and developing team members individually to maximise their performance
- Ensuring the highest standard of customer service at all times
- Reporting store results and implementing action plans to drive continuous improvement
- Following and applying company tools, processes and operational standards daily
What We Are Looking For
- Minimum 1 year experience as Store Manager or Assistant Manager
- Strong understanding of retail KPIs and how to drive performance on the floor
- Natural leader with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Results driven with a hands-on approach
- Organised, responsible and able to work independently
- Fluent in English — additional languages are a plus
