Job Description

Our client is part of an internationally recognized fashion brand offering clothing, accessories, footwear, and more, operating within a well-established retail chain. On behalf of our client, we are looking for a Store Manager.

• Working Hours: 40 hours per week (5-6 days per week, including weekends – Rotation Shifts)

Responsibilities

• Drive and maximize store sales performance
• Lead, coach, and develop the store team
• Prepare and manage fair and efficient staff schedules
• Ensure compliance with brand standards and visual merchandising guidelines
• Oversee inventory and stock control processes
• Lead by example in all aspects of store operations
• The Store Manager reports directly to the Operations Manager

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of retail management experience
• At least 5 years of overall retail industry experience
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• KPI-driven mindset with knowledge of retail metrics (UPT, conversion rate, average basket value)
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
• Excellent customer service orientation
• Strong communication skills in Greek and English
