Store Manager
Job Description
Our client is part of an internationally recognized fashion brand offering clothing, accessories, footwear, and more, operating within a well-established retail chain. On behalf of our client, we are looking for a Store Manager.

- Working Hours: 40 hours per week (5-6 days per week, including weekends – Rotation Shifts)

Responsibilities
- Drive and maximize store sales performance
- Lead, coach, and develop the store team
- Prepare and manage fair and efficient staff schedules
- Ensure compliance with brand standards and visual merchandising guidelines
- Oversee inventory and stock control processes
- Lead by example in all aspects of store operations
- The Store Manager reports directly to the Operations Manager
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of retail management experience
- At least 5 years of overall retail industry experience
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- KPI-driven mindset with knowledge of retail metrics (UPT, conversion rate, average basket value)
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Excellent customer service orientation
- Strong communication skills in Greek and English
