What we are looking for:
• Previous experience in a similar role (ideally in a hotel environment)
• Good organizational skills and sense of responsibility
• Computer literacy
• Team player
Key responsibilities include:
• Receiving and inspecting goods (quality & quantity)
• Storage and arrangement of stock
• Updating inventory systems and records
• Distributing stock to hotel kitchens
• Monitoring stock levels and notifying for replenishment
• Conducting monthly inventory checks
• Ensuring hygiene and safety standards (HACCP)
• Maintaining cleanliness in storage areas and cold rooms
