Job Description
Purchasing and storing products and raw materials essential for operating a luxury hotel is a critical function at Kanika Hotels & Resorts. If you have the right experience and personality, the Stores & Purchasing Officer role could be ideal for you.
You will lead your own team and collaborate with various departments to support Kanika Hotels & Resorts' vision of providing guests with an exceptional holiday experience in Cyprus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Purchase products and raw materials according to company contracts and monitor store par levels
- Research the market to balance quality and pricing effectively
- Stay updated on market trends for products and materials
- Collaborate with the Central Purchasing Department to ensure correct product purchases at agreed prices
- Ensure compliance with financial policies related to Purchasing and Storekeeping
Qualifications and Experience:
- High School Leaving Certificate; a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Quality, or Finance is a plus
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role at a 4-star or 5-star hotel
- Proficient in Greek and English
- Strong computing skills; experience with Fidelio Materials software is advantageous
- Excellent organizational and reporting skills
