Student Services Officer

The University of Nicosia (UNIC) is a leading research university ranked in the Top 501-600 in the 2025 Times Higher Education World University Rankings.

UNIC Health, supporting the strategic growth of its Medical and Veterinary Schools, seeks a Student Services Officer based in Nicosia to join its Team.

Main Responsibilities:

·  Serve as a primary contact for students at the Student Service Centre.

·   Guide prospective and current students through enrolment, accommodation, and migration processes.

·   Provide outstanding customer service in-person and via various communication channels.

·   Conduct campus tours and support student integration and orientation.

·  Engage with social media initiatives and support student-led events, clubs, and societies.

·  Promote a positive and creative work environment to enhance student experiences.

Requirements:

·  A Bachelor's degree is required. Additional postgraduate qualifications will be considered advantageous.

·Proven work experience in administrative roles of at least 2 years, preferably within an educational setting.

· Exceptional communication and customer service skills.

· Strong organizational abilities and a team-oriented mindset.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Greek.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

The ideal candidate should be eligible to work in the European Union/ European Economic Area.
