We ‘re on a mission to find the best talent out there. We are now looking for a talented Supply Chain Specialist to join our Supply Chain team in our offices in Limassol, Cyprus.
What does the job look like?
The Purchasing Specialist will have the opportunity to:
Review and process Purchase Requisitions generated by internal departments
Issue, monitor, and manage Purchase Orders to approved suppliers through the ERP system
Minimize manual processes by fully utilizing ERP purchasing and procurement modules
Liaise with suppliers to confirm prices, delivery dates, quantities, and terms
Monitor supplier performance related to delivery reliability, quality, and lead times
Communicate proactively with internal stakeholders regarding order status and any delivery deviations
Maintain and update vendor and material master data within the ERP system
Ensure timely availability of raw materials, packaging materials, and indirect goods to support production and operations
Coordinate with Supply Chain, Planning, and Warehouse teams to avoid shortages or excess stock
Support inventory optimization initiatives by aligning purchasing volumes with agreed stock policies
Monitor open orders, backorders, and expedite critical purchases when required
Support sourcing activities, supplier evaluations, and cost-saving initiatives
Prepare purchasing-related reports including supplier performance, spend analysis, and savings tracking
What does it take to do the job?
· University degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or any other related field
· Previous relevant experience in a similar or related role will be considered an added advantage
· Knowledge and/or experience in data analysis and reporting
· Negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
· Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
· Ability to organize, prioritize work, and manage multiple tasks under deadlines
· Strong computer literacy (ERP systems, MS Excel, reporting tools)
· Fluency in Greek and English
