Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced System Administrator to manage and optimize the organization's hybrid infrastructure environment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Windows Servers, cloud identity providers, domain services, and DNS management.
Main Responsibilities
- Deploy and maintain Linux/Windows Server environments across major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Alibaba) and on-premise data centers.
- Perform routine maintenance including patching, updates and performance tuning.
- Manage virtualization, storage and server hardening, infrastructure monitoring and alerting.
- Analyze system metrics and proactively address performance or availability issues.
- Maintain backups, disaster recovery plans, and documentation for all critical systems.
- Administer and manage cloud identity providers and workspaces, including Azure Entra ID and Google Workspace, handling user accounts, permissions, and security policies.
- Support SSO integrations, identity lifecycle management, and access control best practices.
- Design and deploy hybrid domain machine environment, domain-join configurations and policies.
- Build and manage cloud-based DNS infrastructure.
- Collaborate with development, security, and operations teams to support infrastructure needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Previous experience of 4-5 years as a System Infrastructure Administrator or a similar position. Experience in the FinTech or Forex industry will be considered an advantage.
Excellent command of the English language.
- Proven experience managing cloud-based infrastructure (Azure, GCP,AWS preferred).
- Strong hands‑on experience with Linux/Windows Server administration, Active Directory, Group Policy, and domain services in production environments.
- Experience with identity management systems, including Azure Entra ID, Google Workspace, or similar platforms.
- Solid experience with virtual machine creation, configuration, lifecycle management, and hardening across cloud and on‑prem platforms.
- Experience with monitoring and alerting platforms (Grafana, Zabbix,Prometheus).
- Familiarity with security best practices in cloud and hybrid environments.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills.
- Experience with infrastructure and configuration automation (PowerShell, Terraform, Ansible, or similar).
- Exposure to containerization or PaaS components (for example Kubernetes, Azure services, or managed databases).
