Job Description

CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, an expanding provider of Mobility & Cloud applications to a wide range of local clientele, we are seeking to recruit a Technical Customer Support Officer to join their growing team based in Limassol. Reporting to the Head of Customer Support, the successful applicant will offer technical support to clients over the phone and onsite, as well as provide clients with product training on the platforms. Our client is seeking applicants who are educated to degree level in Information Technology, Computer Science or related fields who ideally possess some previous experience in a customer support role. Strong knowledge of the Android operating system is a must, as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Greek & English.

 

Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

• Customer support over the phone.
• Providing timely and accurate customer feedback
• Following up with clients to ensure any issues are resolved.
• Record keeping of suggestions and issues.
• Visiting client’s offices to provide technical support.
• Provide client training on how to use the platform.

 

Key Skills/Experience: 

• An academic background relating to Computer Science, Information Technology or similar.
• Very good knowledge of the Android Platform.
• Very good knowledge of the Greek and English languages.
• Previous work experience in Customer Support is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Problem-solving skills.
• Pleasant and polite nature.
• Ability to complete work efficiently and with attention to detail.
