Technical Director — Registered Building Contractor (Class Ε' or higher) 

AcoustiCy is a Cyprus-based acoustic solutions company (Limassol): soundproofing, acoustic

treatment, gypsum partitions, suspended ceilings, acoustic linings, panels and doors, renovations. We

work with architects, developers and main contractors across the island.

We are preparing to register as a contractor company with the Contractors' Council and are looking for

a Technical Director — a registered building-works contractor, class Ε' or above, full-time and

permanent.

The role: - Act as the company's Technical Director before the Contractors' Council - Technical

supervision of our sites: drywall, ceilings, soundproofing constructions, renovations - Technical

responsibility for quality and compliance - Liaison with the Council, authorities and clients' technical

teams - Mentoring our site foremen

Requirements: - Personal registration in the Contractors' Register, building works category, class Ε'

minimum (Δ' or higher welcome) - Valid annual licence, no pending disciplinary matters - Availability for

full-time, permanent employment (a statutory condition). Note: while serving as technical director, your

personal annual licence is suspended - Fluent Greek; practical site and supervisory experience
