Tender & Projects Coordinator – Nicosia
NORA OFFICE is looking for a Tender & Projects Coordinator to join our growing team in Nicosia.
If you are organised, detail-oriented and comfortable working with technical information, specifications and commercial projects, we'd like to hear from you.
Previous experience in the furniture industry is not required. Full training will be provided.
THE ROLE
You will be responsible for:
· Reviewing tender documents, technical specifications and project requirements.
· Identifying suitable products and solutions according to tender and customer requirements.
· Communicating with international manufacturers and suppliers for pricing, technical information and documentation.
· Preparing quotations, costings and tender submissions.
· Coordinating product specifications, certificates and compliance documentation.
· Preparing professional proposals and presentations.
· Working closely with our Sales, Design and Project teams.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
· Degree or diploma in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Architecture, Interior Design, Construction Management, Business, Procurement or a related field.
· Very good command of Greek and English.
· Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
· Strong organisational and analytical skills.
· Attention to detail and ability to work within deadlines.
· Good communication skills.
Experience in tenders, procurement, quotations or technical specifications is an advantage, but not essential. Recent graduates are welcome to apply.
