Interior Designer
Job Description

We are seeking a creative and motivated Interior Designer to join our team and contribute to the design and delivery of high-quality developments across Cyprus.
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop interior design concepts, mood boards, material palettes, and finish selections for residential developments.
· Conduct market research and source materials, furniture, fittings, and finishes that align with project requirements and budgets.
· Coordinate 3D visualizations and design presentations to support project development and client decision-making.
· Manage relationships with suppliers and oversee the selection, specification, and procurement of interior products and fit-out solutions.
· Prepare and coordinate carpentry drawings, specifications, and custom-made interior elements.
· Collaborate closely with architects, project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
· Monitor on-site implementation to ensure designs are executed according to approved specifications and quality standards.
· Assess Client design modifications and provide practical, creative solutions while ensuring compliance with project requirements and regulations.
· Stay up to date with design trends, innovative materials, and industry best practices to enhance project outcomes.
Qualifications & Skills:
· Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design.
· Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion or similar, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
· Experience in high-end residential or property development projects
· Strong understanding of current interior design trends and materials
· Effective communication and presentation skills.
· Detail-oriented with good organizational and time management skills.
· Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
