Marinakis Developers is seeking a motivated Technical Manager to lead the Product Department.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Oversee and coordinate activities across project teams, contractors, and vendors.
• Track projects progress, address client requests and ensure a smooth client experience throughout the development process.
• Manage contracts, documentation, and change orders.
• Monitor progress and technical performance, resolving issues proactively.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a culture of safety.
• Track expenses and maintain financial control throughout the project lifecycle.
• Build strong relationships with subcontractors, and stakeholders.
• Lead and manage the Product Team to meet all technical requirements.

 

Qualifications & Skills:

• Degree in Project Management, Construction, Engineering, Architecture or related field
• 8+ years of experience in project management, prerequisite in real estate development
• Strong understanding of the real estate development process
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Proficient in project management methodologies and software
• Strong organizational, communication, and negotiation abilities
