Marinakis Developers is seeking a motivated Technical Manager to lead the Product Department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Oversee and coordinate activities across project teams, contractors, and vendors.
- Track projects progress, address client requests and ensure a smooth client experience throughout the development process.
- Manage contracts, documentation, and change orders.
- Monitor progress and technical performance, resolving issues proactively.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a culture of safety.
- Track expenses and maintain financial control throughout the project lifecycle.
- Build strong relationships with subcontractors, and stakeholders.
- Lead and manage the Product Team to meet all technical requirements.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Degree in Project Management, Construction, Engineering, Architecture or related field
- 8+ years of experience in project management, prerequisite in real estate development
- Strong understanding of the real estate development process
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Proficient in project management methodologies and software
- Strong organizational, communication, and negotiation abilities
