Tier 1–2 IT Support Technician
Job Description
We are seeking a committed IT Support Technician who demonstrates a strong work ethic, reliability, and a genuine willingness to work and grow within the company. This is a long‑term position.
We are looking for individuals who want to build a stable career with us; short‑term placements are not considered
Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve support tickets
- Answer and handle support line calls (08:00–17:00)
- Provide Tier 1–2 troubleshooting and escalate when necessary
- Document actions and maintain accurate records
- Participate in weekly rotating support shifts (additional monthly compensation)
Working Conditions & Compensation
- Working hours: 08:00–17:00 (including lunch break)
- Paid overtime
- Net salary range: €1200–€1700, depending on skills and experience
- Annual performance‑based salary increase

Requirements
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Clear and professional communication skills
- Consistent, reliable, and responsible approach to work
- Previous IT support experience is an advantage
- Fluency in Greek & English
