Job Description

• Provide first-level onsite, local and remote support to end-users, including desktop PCs, notebooks, peripherals and related IT equipment.
• Manage, monitor, maintain and support customer-facing and internal systems, applications and infrastructure.
• Analyse system logs, monitoring alerts and operational events to proactively identify, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
• Support new customer setups, internal projects and infrastructure improvement initiatives.
• Document technical actions, issues, changes and resolutions in line with company procedures.

 

The role may evolve over time in line with the company’s operational needs, business priorities, and project requirements. The selected candidate may therefore be involved in different projects, activities, or areas of responsibility as required.
