Join RALLITON as an IT Support Engineer (Level 1 & 2)

We are seeking driven and customer-focused IT Level 1 & 2 Support Specialists to join our team at a dynamic client site. In this role, you’ll be the essential first point of contact for all technology-related concerns, playing a pivotal part in supporting day-to-day IT operations and ensuring a seamless user experience.

 

IT Support Engineer Responsibilities:

• Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance over the phone or email
• Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions
• Determine the best solution based on the issue and details provided by customers
• Walk the customer through the problem-solving process
• Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel
• Record events and problems and their resolution in logs
• Follow-up and update customer status and information
• Pass on any feedback or suggestions by customers to the appropriate internal team

IT Support Engineer Requirements:

• Proven experience as a help desk engineer/technician or other customer support role
• Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues
• Customer-oriented and cool-tempered
• Degree in IT, Computer Science or relevant field
• Experience wit Windows Server & Microsoft 365
• Troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Good communication and collaboration skills
