Σύμβουλος Διακόσμησης χώρων και εμπορικών λύσεων

Η εταιρεία Maouris Oikoset αναζητά έναν δυναμικό και εξειδικευμένο Σύμβουλο Πωλήσεων με υπόβαθρο στην εσωτερική διακόσμηση (Interior Design). Ο/Η ιδανικός/ή υποψήφιος/α θα είναι προσανατολισμένος στην εξυπηρέτηση πελατών, παρέχοντας εξειδικευμένες λύσεις που συνδυάζουν εμπορικές γνώσεις με αισθητικές επιλογές, προσαρμοσμένες στις ανάγκες κάθε πελάτη.

 

Προφίλ Καθηκόντων:

• Υποστήριξη πελατών στο showroom της εταιρείας με επίκεντρο την κατανόηση των αναγκών τους για προϊόντα όπως επενδύσεις τοίχων, δαπέδων, είδη υγιεινής και κουζίνες.
• Παροχή εξατομικευμένων προτάσεων που συνδυάζουν λειτουργικότητα και αισθητική, βασισμένες στις αρχές του Interior Design.
• Σύνταξη οικονομικών προσφορών και τακτική επικοινωνία με τους πελάτες για ενημερώσεις σχετικά με τις παραγγελίες και την πρόοδο των έργων.
• Διαχείριση προγραμμάτων παράδοσης προϊόντων σε συνεργασία με την αποθήκη.
• Συνεργασία με το τμήμα Αγορών για την εξασφάλιση διαθεσιμότητας προϊόντων και διαχείριση παραγγελιών πελατών.

 

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:

• Προηγούμενη εμπειρία σε ρόλους εξυπηρέτησης πελατών ή πωλήσεων, ιδανικά σε κλάδους όπως η εσωτερική διακόσμηση
• Πτυχίο ή σχετική εμπειρία στο Interior Design θα θεωρηθεί επιπλέον προσόν
• Ικανότητα σύνταξης και παρουσίασης προτάσεων που συνδυάζουν εμπορικές λύσεις με αισθητικές προσεγγίσεις.
• Επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες και ευελιξία στη διαχείριση πολλαπλών έργων.
• Άριστη γνώση της Ελληνικής και της Αγγλικής γλώσσας

• Προσανατολισμός στις ανάγκες του πελάτη με υψηλή αίσθηση αισθητικής.
• Δεξιότητες επίλυσης προβλημάτων και ικανότητα συνεργασίας με διαφορετικές ομάδες.
• Ευχέρεια στην επικοινωνία, τόσο με τεχνικές όσο και με μη τεχνικές ομάδες.

The company Maouris Oikoset is seeking a dynamic Interior Solutions Specialist with a background in Interior Design to join our team. The ideal candidate will be customer-focused, providing specialized solutions that seamlessly combine commercial expertise with aesthetic options tailored to each client's unique needs.

As an Interior Solutions Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for clients, offering expert guidance on interior design solutions and transforming their visions into reality.

 

Job Responsibilities:

• Assisting customers in the company showroom, understanding their needs for products such as wall coverings, flooring, sanitary ware, and kitchens.
• Offering personalized proposals that balance functionality and aesthetics, aligned with Interior Design principles.
• Preparing financial offers and maintaining ongoing communication with clients regarding order updates and project progress.
• Managing product delivery schedules in collaboration with the warehouse team.
• Coordinating with the Purchasing Department to ensure product availability and efficiently managing customer orders.

 

Required Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service or sales roles, preferably in industries like interior design.
• A degree or practical experience in Interior Design is considered an advantage.
• Strong ability to draft and present proposals that integrate commercial solutions with aesthetic creativity.
• Excellent communication skills and flexibility in managing multiple projects.
