Job Description

Καθήκοντα:

  • Διαχείριση τηλεφωνικού κέντρου και αλληλογραφίας
  • Οργάνωση αρχείων και εγγράφων
  • Έκδοση τιμολογίων και αποδείξεων
  • Παρακολούθηση πληρωμών και συμφωνίες λογαριασμών
  • Επικοινωνία με λογιστές και συνεργάτες
  • Γενική διοικητική και γραμματειακή υποστήριξη

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:

  • Προηγούμενη εμπειρία σε παρόμοια θέση (Όχι απαραίτητα)
  • Βασικές γνώσεις λογιστικής
  • Καλή γνώση Η/Υ (MS Office, Excel)
  • Οργανωτικές και επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες
  • Πολύ καλή γνώση Ελληνικών και καλή γνώση Αγγλικών
