Acropolis Group is seeking a dynamic and organized Venue Manager to join our team at Ktima Oniron and assist with the coordination and smooth execution of events.
Our venue hosts a variety of events including weddings, christenings, corporate events, and private celebrations.
Responsibilities
Managing event inquiries and maintaining communication with prospective and existing clients
Organizing meetings with prospective clients and presenting the venue
Coordinating event details such as function sheets, menus, table plans, equipment, and event timelines
Liaising with internal teams and external suppliers
Assisting in the planning and preparation of events
Supervising the operation at the venue
Ensuring excellent service and guest experience during events
Supporting the overall event planning and coordination process
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field, and/or minimum 5 years of experience in event management, hospitality, or venue coordination
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Good knowledge of Greek and English
Computer literacy (Microsoft Office)
Availability to workevenings and weekends, depending on scheduled events
