Join us in the capacity of Head of Weddings and become a valuable member of the Commercial Department at our Head Office.
The primary role of the Head of Weddings is to generate, manage, and convert wedding demand, contributing to the achievement of the Group’s commercial strategic goals, revenue targets, and overall growth of the weddings segment.
This role combines strategic business development with hands-on sales execution, ensuring a strong pipeline of wedding inquiries, high conversion rates, and exceptional guest experiences.
The Head of Weddings is responsible for the development and implementation of annual demand generation and conversion plans, working closely with Sales, Marketing, and Revenue teams to drive performance and maximize profitability.

What we expect from you:
- Develops and executes annual wedding demand generation plans aligned with the Commercial Strategic Plan
- Drives wedding inquiries through exhibitions, partnerships, networking, and targeted marketing campaigns
- Manages the full sales cycle from lead handling to proposal, conversion, and handover
- Oversees the preparation of high-quality, tailored wedding proposals in line with brand standards and pricing strategy
- Collaborates with Revenue and Sales teams to optimize pricing, availability, and profitability
- Analyzes performance data including conversion rates, lost business, and ROI, and proposes corrective actions
- Builds and maintains strong relationships with wedding planners, agencies, and key partners
- Ensures seamless handover of confirmed weddings to operations teams with accurate and complete documentation
- Maintains data integrity across CRM and PMS systems and ensures timely updates
- Implements structured pre- and post-event follow-ups to enhance guest satisfaction and drive repeat/referral business
- Leads, coaches, and develops the wedding sales team to improve performance and service standards
- Ensures compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards
Qualifications and Experience:
- Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field
- 5–7+ years of experience in hospitality sales, weddings/events, or group sales (preferably in upscale hotels or resorts)
- Proven track record in destination wedding sales and partner negotiations
- Strong commercial awareness and ability to drive revenue growth
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Experience with CRM and PMS systems
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Fluent in Greek and English (additional languages will be considered an advantage)
