MAP Hotel is looking for an enthusiastic and service-oriented Waiter/Waitress to join the Food & Beverage team at SCALE Restaurant. The ideal candidate enjoys creating memorable guest experiences, works well in a fast-paced environment, and values teamwork and professionalism.
 

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality food and beverage service to guests
• Ensure a welcoming and attentive dining experience
• Take orders accurately and serve food and drinks promptly
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of service areas
• Communicate effectively with the kitchen and bar teams
• Support the wider F&B team during service hours
• Handle guest requests and ensure satisfaction throughout service
• Follow hotel service standards and safety procedures

Requirements

• Willingness to work and strong work ethic
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Pleasant personality and team spirit
• Basic knowledge of the English language
• Previous experience in a similar role will be considered an advantage
• Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
