Job Description
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assisti guests in a warm, professional and courteous manner.
- Monitoring the building entrance and common areas.
- Keeping the reception/entrance area clean and tidy.
- Assisting residents with general day-to-day requests.
- Receiving deliveries and parcels, where required.
- Reporting maintenance issues, damages or other problems to the management.
- Carrying out regular checks of common areas and reporting any issues.
- Assisting with the general cleanliness and appearance of the building.
- Ensuring that common areas are kept in good order.
- Cooperating with maintenance personnel and contractors when required.
Performing other reasonable duties related to the smooth operation of the building.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a concierge, hospitality or similar position will be considered an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Responsible, reliable and trustworthy.
- Professional and pleasant attitude.
- Ability to work independently.
- Basic knowledge of English and/or Greek.
- Good organisational and problem solving skills.
