Job Description
MS Electronics is a leading technology distributor in Cyprus. Supplying over 800 partners, resellers and professionals, across the country, with a diverse range of 6000+ products, we are currently expanding our team to meet the increasing demand.
Key Responsibilities
- Offer advice to mainly professional/B2B customers regarding products and specifications
- Build relationships with trade customers and make sure any issues are resolved
- Entering orders, issuing invoices in the ERP system
- Help with common questions such as product availability and prices, order fulfilment etc.
- Customer service can be by phone, email, social media or in person
Required Skills
- Minimum 3 years previous experience in customer service in the IT or similar industry
- A willingness to assist is an essential trait required for this position
- Excellent knowledge of Greek and English
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Job Information
- Monday to Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- Gross Salary 1650 to 1900 euro based on skills and experience
- Team bonus, commission and seasonal bonuses
- Provident Fund
- Yearly holidays: 22 days
