Key Responsibilities
Offer advice to mainly professional/B2B customers regarding products and specifications
Build relationships with trade customers and make sure any issues are resolved
Entering orders, issuing invoices in the ERP system
Help with common questions such as product availability and prices, order fulfilment etc.
Customer service can be by phone, email, social media or in person
Required Skills
Minimum 3 years previous experience in customer service in the IT or similar industry
A willingness to assist is an essential trait required for this position
Excellent knowledge of Greek and English
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Job Information
Monday to Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Gross Salary 1650 to 1900 euro based on skills and experience
