Job Description

Responsibilities:

·        Identify and source qualified properties through market research, networking, and direct outreach.

·        Develop and maintain strong relationships with landlords, real estate brokers, developers, and strategic partners to support the expansion of the company’s property portfolio.

·        Present the company’s value proposition and negotiate commercial terms, agreements, and partnerships in line with company objectives and procedures.

·        Support portfolio growth through market intelligence, competitor analysis, relationship management, and business development initiatives.

·        Manage the onboarding process of new properties, coordinating with homeowners, internal teams, suppliers, and third-party contractors to ensure smooth setup and operational readiness.

·        Ensure all required documentation, agreements, and records are properly collected, prepared, and maintained according to company procedures.

·        Conduct regular travel across Cyprus to visit properties within the company’s portfolio, perform inspections, oversee onboarding processes, and ensure operational and quality standards are maintained.

·        Conduct property visits, inspections, and quality assessments to ensure all properties meet company standards, operational requirements, and guest experience expectations.

·        Collaborate closely with operations, maintenance and housekeeping to ensure properties are consistently maintained and presented at the highest standards.

·        Monitor and maintain operational quality across the property portfolio by proactively identifying areas for improvement and following up on corrective actions where necessary.

·        Contribute to the continuous improvement of onboarding processes, operational efficiency, and quality standards across the portfolio.

·        Represent the company professionally during meetings, property visits, negotiations, and networking opportunities.
 

Requirements:

·        University degree in Hospitality, Tourism Management Business Administration, Real Estate, or any relevant field.

·        Demonstrated work experience in business development, hospitality operations, property management, account management, or a similar role.

·        Excellent knowledge of Greek and English languages (written and spoken).

·        Excellent knowledge of MS Office.

·        Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

·        Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

·        Strong attention to detail and commitment to operational excellence and quality standards.

·        Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently and proactively.

·        Excellent customer service and stakeholder management skills.

·        EU driving license is required.
