The Role
SLK Development is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Sales Manager specializing in luxury real estate. The successful candidate will lead sales operations, manage client and broker relationships, and oversee the full sales cycle for our prestigious developments. This role is ideal for a sophisticated sales professional capable of presenting premium real estate assets as both lifestyle opportunities and high-yield investments to high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) and international investors.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage sales activities for SLK Development projects and upcoming developments.
• Lead, motivate, and support the sales team to achieve performance targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, international brokers, and agents.
• Handle the complete sales process from initial inquiry through negotiation and closing.
• Present luxury real estate opportunities to HNWIs and investment-focused buyers.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth operations and excellent client experience.
• Contribute to strategic sales planning and market positioning.
Requirements & Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Business, Management, Real Estate, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience in luxury real estate sales, high-end developments, or wealth management sales.
• Strong understanding of the Cyprus real estate market, investment structures, and residency frameworks.
• Existing network of affluent clients, international brokers, or wealth advisors is highly desirable.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proven track record of closing high-value transactions.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Additional languages such as Russian, Greek, Hebrew, or Arabic will be considered a strong advantage.
• Valid driving license.
