Leonardo Hotels & Resorts Mediterranean is now recruiting for the position of Marketing Assistant.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Responsible for content of all our hotels
• Responsible for all online pages of Tour Operators – monitoring and updating.
• Promoting hotels through sponsored ads, Facebook & Instagram campaigns, radio, TV.
• Responsible for the photoshoot – videos of hotels.
• Assisting on all marketing and sales duties, reports, goals
• LHRM website creating content, updating, and adding new projects 
• Working closely with translators, content creators and our designer team
• SOCIAL MEDIA
• Plan and execute strategic and targeted campaigns 
• Create and publish original high-quality content, photos, and interactions on all social media of all hotels, daily.
• Working closely with social media influencers
• Create a regular publishing schedule 
• Develop brand awareness and online reputation
• Target customers – Each hotel has different market, different use of # and content.
• Monitoring and developing of all our social media pages.
• Working closely with G.M. and S&M. Director for all inhouse marketing materials.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Prior experience in marketing, particularly in hospitality or tourism.
• Familiarity with social media management and digital marketing strategies.
• Experience with content creation, including photography and video production.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.) and analytics tools.
• Knowledge of sponsored ads and online marketing campaigns.
• Basic understanding of SEO best practices.
