Laiko Cosmos Trading Ltd is looking for the next member of the Red Bull team! If you have drive and enthusiasm and would like to become part of The World of Red Bull, a world that provides the forum to use your talent and passion, to develop yourself and make an impact, then this position is for you. The position concerns a Musketeer - Gastronomy Sales and Marketing Specialist dedicated to the Red Bull brand. The successful candidate will be employed by Laiko Cosmos Trading Ltd and will work for the Red Bull brand.

 

📍 Location: Limassol & Paphos 

Purpose: "Musketeers" have always been the main volume contributors, trial generators and sparks, creating kindred spirits in the On Premise environment, such as bars, restaurants, events, clubs and hospitality. As the face of the brand and the indispensable consultant to your On Premise territory, you are responsible for driving both the current and future sales of our product portfolio and leveraging brand image in the On Premise.  

 

⚙️ Your responsibilities will include:

  • Red Bull Ambassador:

Build and maintain a strong professional network with key influencers, outlet owners/managers, bar staff, distribution partners, promoters, agencies, and other industry stakeholders.

Develop deep product and brand knowledge to strengthen affinity and understanding of the Red Bull brand within the network.

Act as a Canbassador, serving as the credible, reliable, and knowledgeable face of Red Bull in the On Premise environment.

Consistently deliver excellence by representing Red Bull’s premium brand image across all activities and execution.

 

  • The Entrepreneur of the Territory:

Know the territory inside out and take full ownership of performance within the assigned area.

Master the On Premise universe by staying at the forefront of industry knowledge, trends, and new opportunities across accounts, occasions, and consumers.

Execute the company’s field strategy to drive both vertical and horizontal distribution.

Identify and implement innovative initiatives that unlock growth and build future potential for the Red Bull brand.

Build, maintain, and nurture long-lasting relationships with key industry stakeholders.

Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to support and accelerate business success.

Ensuring that stock levels necessary to secure continuous availability of Red Bull products to the consumer in all covered outlets are maintained at all times.

 

  • Indispensable Business Consultant:

Negotiate win–win partnership agreements that add value to both Red Bull’s business and customers’ businesses.

Apply a conceptual selling approach by leveraging strong communication, sales, and marketing skills to keep Red Bull number one On Premise.

Turn insights into impactful programmes that drive sales while strengthening the Red Bull brand image.

Drive and expand the business by identifying the right sales and marketing occasions where Red Bull brands and products should be present.

Measure success by tracking, analysing, and reporting on performance, identifying areas of growth and opportunity.

 

What we are looking for:

  • Sales and Marketing experience preferred.
  • Previous experience working in the hospitality, night-life and/or FMCG industry preferred.
  • Basic market knowledge and integration into local On Premise industry and community is beneficial.
  • Self-motivated and ability to work independently in a high energy, fast-paced, field-based environment.
  • Strategic, innovative, commercially aware (shows understanding of sales and finance processes).
  • Strong planning, prioritisation and organisational ability.
  • Strong analytical ability (analyse sales and customer data).
  • Street smart. Know what's going on in the streets – understand all groups of people, what every type of person has to deal with daily and know how to act around them. 
  • Self-aware and able to adapt communication, presentation and professional appearance according to audience and scene. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong ability balance persusasion with professionalism and to negotiate. 
  • Ability to work flexible hours (including nights and weekends).
  • Basic working knowledge of IOS and MS Office.Proficiency with sales management software and CRM
