THP Panayiotides Ltd  is a professional services firm that provides Audit, Accounting, Tax, Advisory and Business Consulting services to local and international clients. As part of our continued growth, we are looking to hire a Senior Auditor for our Audit Department in Nicosia.

 

The Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out audit assignments and ensuring compliance with professional standards, while delivering quality service to clients.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and complete statutory audit assignments for clients.
• Prepare and review financial statements.
• Assist with tax compliance, including tax returns and computations.
• Communicate with clients to gather information and resolve queries.
• Monitor audit progress and report issues to management.

• Work closely with Managers and Partners during audit engagements.

   

Requirements

• University degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or a related field.
• ACA or ACCA qualified, or in the final stages of qualification.
• 3–4 years of experience in external audit.
• Knowledge of Caseware Audit International.
• Good understanding of Cyprus tax rules.
• Good knowledge of IFRS and ISA standards.
• Basic understanding of AML regulations.
• Good use of Microsoft Office.

Working Hours

Monday – Thursday: 08:00 – 17:00 (flexible starting time from  07:00 to 09:00 )
Friday: 08:00 – 13:30
