Job Description

We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Senior Brand & Web App Designer to join our global team. 

In this role, you will be responsible for creating high-impact brand, marketing, and digital experiences across multiple international markets. You will work closely with marketing, product, and leadership teams to deliver scalable design solutions that strengthen brand consistency and drive business growth. 

Responsibilities 

•⁠ ⁠Lead the design and execution of global marketing and brand initiatives across digital and print channels. 

•⁠ ⁠Create compelling visual assets including landing pages, websites, sales collateral, presentations, social media campaigns, and digital advertising. 

•⁠ ⁠Collaborate with cross-functional teams across multiple regions and time zones. 

•⁠ ⁠Develop and maintain scalable design systems and brand guidelines. 

•⁠ ⁠Leverage AI-powered tools and emerging technologies to enhance creativity, increase efficiency, and optimize design workflows. 

•⁠ ⁠Identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks and improve design operations. 

•⁠ ⁠Ensure consistency, accessibility, and high-quality design standards across all touchpoints. 

•⁠ ⁠Support regional marketing initiatives, including campaigns targeting MENA, Europe, and international audiences. 

Requirements 

•⁠ ⁠5+ years of experience in Brand, Marketing, Digital, or Web Design. 

•⁠ ⁠Experience working with global brands, international stakeholders, and distributed teams. 

•⁠ ⁠Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise across branding, digital marketing, web design, and visual storytelling. 

•⁠ ⁠Proficiency in Figma and modern design tools. 

•⁠ ⁠Experience implementing AI tools into design processes and workflow optimization. 

•⁠ ⁠Strong understanding of marketing principles, conversion-focused design, and user experience. 

•⁠ ⁠Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. 

•⁠ ⁠Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. 

•⁠ ⁠Professional proficiency in English and Russian, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both international and Russian-speaking developers. 

Nice to Have 

•⁠ ⁠Experience working with MENA markets and multicultural audiences. 

•⁠ ⁠Experience building or maintaining design systems. 

•⁠ ⁠Knowledge of no-code tools, website builders, or product design workflows. 

•⁠ ⁠Experience mentoring junior designers or managing freelance resources.
