We are looking for:
Experience in restaurant management positions and hospitality
Strong leadership and great people skills with ability to manage a big team
Customer Service enthusiast
Wine knowledge
Knowledge of English and/or Greek
Computer Knowledge
Responsibilities:
Lead the restaurant team and ensure the smooth operation of the restaurant.
Guide and support in order to provide the highest quality products and service as per the Brand and Company standards.
Create and support a culture of trust and ownership where performance is recognised and progression is promoted.
