Απαιτούμενα / Requirements
- Δίπλωμα ή Πτυχίο Ξενοδοχειακών Σπουδών / Diploma or Degree in Hotel Studies
- Προϋπηρεσία σε ξενοδοχείο / Hotel experience
- Άριστα Ελληνικά και Αγγλικά / Fluent Greek and English
- Επαγγελματισμός, ομαδικό πνεύμα, άριστη επικοινωνία / Professionalism, teamwork, excellent communication
Καθήκοντα / Duties
- Αφίξεις και αναχωρήσεις / Check-ins and check-outs
- Εξυπηρέτηση και ενημέρωση φιλοξενουμένων / Guest service and information
- Διαχείριση ταμείου και λογαριασμών / Cash and guest account handling
- Κρατήσεις και τηλεφωνική εξυπηρέτηση / Reservations and telephone handling
Η γνώση Opera, Protel ή Fidelio θα θεωρηθεί πλεονέκτημα. / Knowledge of Opera, Protel or Fidelio is an advantage.
