Aliathon Resort is seeking a warm, enthusiastic Front Desk Receptionist to join our vibrant team. If you have a passion for hospitality and love making people feel truly special, this is your opportunity to help create unforgettable guest experiences.

Your Role Includes:

·         Greeting and assisting guests with warmth and professionalism

·         Handling check-ins, check-outs, and reservations

·         Answering inquiries and resolving guest requests

·         Coordinating with other departments to ensure a smooth guest experience

·         Maintaining a well-organized front desk environment

You Are:

·         Friendly, approachable, and a great communicator

·         Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus!)

·         Comfortable using computers and booking systems

·         A team player with a can-do attitude

·         Flexible with working hours, including weekends
