JAMIE OLIVER RESTAURANTS – FLOOR SUPERVISOR

Jamie Oliver Kitchen takes guests on a global food journey, with simple, authentic, and delicious dishes inspired by Jamie’s favourites from over the years. It’s a place to enjoy great food, great service, and a welcoming atmosphere.

We are currently looking for a Floor Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality, enjoys working as part of a team, and takes pride in delivering exceptional customer experiences.

What we’re looking for:

• Previous experience in restaurant or hospitality management
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• A passion for great customer service
• Team-oriented mindset
• Good knowledge of English and/or Greek
• Basic computer literacy

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide and support the team to deliver high-quality service and products in line with brand standards
• Oversee and ensure the smooth running of shifts
• Work closely with the waiting team to maintain consistency in service
• Ensure guests have a memorable and positive experience
• Foster a culture of ownership, trust, and recognition
