OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE

Prospectful placement in LIFTWAY LTD, a Fastrack Company Group of choice!

Salary scale: €20,000 – €30,000

We are seeking to recruit a multidisciplinary person with Accounting background for handling our multilevel and continuously growing day to day operations in our Nicosia group HQ.

The profile:

·     Liaising with customers, suppliers, and colleagues

·     Daily book-keeping, posting of transactions, and accounting records’ update

·     Reconciliation of banks and companies’ cash flows

·     Punctual daily recording of cash receipts and arranging bank deposits

·     Handling of purchase transactions and stock monitoring

·     Reconciliation of creditors and liaising with the company’s debtors for timely settlement of outstandings

·     Preparation and submission of VAT returns

·     Monthly provision of management reporting

Required Skills/Position pre-requisites:

·     At least 2 year experience in a similar hands on position

·     Proficiency in using computerised accounting software and the MS Office suite

·     Excellent verbal and written command of the Greek and English languages

·     Command of any third language, LCCI Higher, or BA in Accounting will be considered an advantage
