Acropolis Group is seeking a dynamic and organized Venue Manager to join our team at Ktima Oniron and assist with the coordination and smooth execution of events.

Our venue hosts a variety of events including weddings, christenings, corporate events, and private celebrations.

Responsibilities

• Managing event inquiries and maintaining communication with prospective and existing clients
• Organizing meetings with prospective clients and presenting the venue
• Coordinating event details such as function sheets, menus, table plans, equipment, and event timelines
• Liaising with internal teams and external suppliers
• Assisting in the planning and preparation of events
• Supervising the operation at the venue
• Ensuring excellent service and guest experience during events
• Supporting the overall event planning and coordination process

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field, and/or minimum 5 years of experience in event management, hospitality, or venue coordination
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Good knowledge of Greek and English
• Computer literacy (Microsoft Office)
• Availability to work evenings and weekends, depending on scheduled events
