MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES&nbsp;<ul><li>Incorporate Cyprus entities;&nbsp;</li><li>Conduct legal research and monitor changes in legislation relevant to the company’s business and clients’ business;</li><li>Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of corporate agreements and legal documents, including commercial contracts, contract of sales (real estate), shareholder agreements, NDAs, and service agreements;</li><li>Prepare the BoD meetings, shareholder resolutions etc;&nbsp;</li><li>Provide legal advice and guidance on corporate matters, company law, and regulatory compliance.</li><li>Identify and mitigate potential legal risks and propose proactive solutions.</li><li>Maintain corporate records and ensure all filings are up to date.</li><li>Support cross-functional teams on legal matters and provide day-to-day legal support to senior management.</li></ul>REQUIREMENTS<ul><li>At least 3 years of experience in corporate law preferably from a law firm.</li><li>Admission to the bar in the relevant jurisdiction.</li><li>Strong understanding of corporate law, regulations, and procedures.&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li><li>High attention to detail and strong analytical skills.</li></ul>Working hours: From Monday to Thursday 08:00-17:00 and Friday 08:00 – 14:00&nbsp;All applications will remain confidential.Please submit your CV to sissy.z@azgroups.netOnly shortlisted candidates will be called for interview.
