Role OverviewYou will participate on complex transactions, support business development—all while ensuring seamless service delivery to our clients.&nbsp;Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Draft, review &amp; negotiate contracts (including M&amp;A, joint ventures, partnerships, financing agreements)</li><li>Advise on corporate governance and internal policies to mitigate legal risk</li><li>Conduct in-depth legal research and stay current on evolving regulatory requirements</li><li>Collaborate with colleagues and external stakeholders (regulators, industry bodies) to deliver tailored advice</li><li>Provide strategic representation in banking, finance, and other transactions</li><li>Help coordinate due-diligence exercises and maintain data rooms</li><li>Support preparation of corporate resolutions, board minutes and share register updates</li><li>Conduct legal research on Cyprus and EU corporate and commercial law questions</li></ul>&nbsp;Qualifications / Experience:<ul><li>Academic qualifications:&nbsp;Law degree (holding any further qualification such as the LPC will be considered an advantage).</li><li>Professional qualification:&nbsp;Member of the Cyprus Bar Association.</li><li>Experience:&nbsp;At least 2 years post-qualification transactional experience.</li></ul>&nbsp;&nbsp;Skills &amp; Attributes:&nbsp;<ul><li>Strong drafting and analytical skills</li><li>Able to juggle multiple small projects with attention to detail</li><li>Excellent communication in English and Greek, both written and spoken</li><li>Proactive, client-service mindset and willingness to learn</li></ul>&nbsp;&nbsp;Remuneration:<ul><li>A competitive salary that fits your knowledge and experience.</li><li>Access to training for professional growth.</li><li>Long-term career prospects.</li></ul>&nbsp;&nbsp;How to Apply&nbsp;Please submit your CV along with a cover letter to <a href="mailto:vacancies@ademetrioulaw.com">vacancies@ademetrioulaw.com</a> with the subject line “Advocate – Corporate &amp; Commercial.” Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis.&nbsp;All applications shall be treated in full confidence.
