We are dedicated to achieving the best possible result, and no one thinks he doesn’t make a change.&nbsp;Responsibilities:<ul><li>Monitor and control company`s expenses, ensuring alignment with the financial objectives and budgets; &nbsp;</li><li>Review and approve budget requests from various departments, ensuring compliance with financial policies;&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Prepare, consolidate, and analyze budget forecasts and financial reports;&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Track budget performance, identify variances, and provide detailed variance analyses with recommendations;&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Collaborate closely with departments to ensure accurate forecasting and efficient allocation of resources; &nbsp;</li><li>Ensure timely reflection of monthly, quarterly, and annual budget updates; &nbsp;</li><li>Support departments with cost analysis, profitability studies, and decision-making insights; &nbsp;</li><li>Maintain and improve budget monitoring tools and dashboards in Excel and other systems;&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Participate in month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring budget-related data accuracy;&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Assist in developing and implementing budgetary control procedures and process improvements;&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Provide ad-hoc financial and analytical reports upon &nbsp;request; &nbsp;</li><li>Communicate with internal stakeholders to ensure transparency and consistency in budgeting processes;&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Support automation of budgeting and reporting workflows;&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Ensure compliance with internal controls and corporate financial policies;&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and optimization of budget-related processes.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li></ul>&nbsp;Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field;&nbsp;</li><li>At least 3+ years of proven experience in budgeting, controlling, or financial planning in a global or international company;&nbsp;</li><li>Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced level – including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis);&nbsp;</li><li>Experience with SAP Concur or other SAP financial products is required;&nbsp;</li><li>Knowledge of Python and SQL or experience in process automation will be considered a strong advantage;&nbsp;</li><li>Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills;&nbsp;</li><li>Detail-oriented, structured, and result-driven mindset;&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments and manage competing priorities;&nbsp;</li><li>Fluency in English is required; other languages are an advantage.&nbsp;</li></ul>&nbsp;Conditions:<ul><li>Work in the modern office in the center of Limassol with Team of open-mind people;</li><li>Relocation package included compensation for flight, accommodation 1 month;</li><li>VISA sponsorship for employee and family members;</li><li>The Company cover 50% of annual cost of Healthy Plan, which employee will decide to set up with any Insurance Company;</li><li>21 working days of paid vacation;</li><li>12 additional days off per year at the expense of the Сompany;</li><li>The Employee is annually entitled to days sick leave with pay;</li><li>Coverage of job-related trainings, courses, and professional certifications;</li><li>Team building, corporate events, football and volleyball clubs, sports events and challenges;</li><li>Competitive salary package with additional family-related benefits, including a child allowance.</li></ul>
