Who We Are
We are a growing organization operating in the property development sector, delivering projects across multiple sites at Famagusta Region.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure all works are completed safely, reliably, time and cost-effectively
• Manage and support multidisciplinary projects
• Produce clear and concise technical documentation
• Work within established Quality Assurance systems

Candidate Profile

We are seeking a self-motivated team player with a minimum of five years’ experience in contracting or maintenance operations and a proven track record in delivering multidisciplinary projects.

Essential Requirements

• B.Sc. in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
• Professional license from ETEK
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage workload efficiently
• Strong documentation and reporting skills with attention to detail
• Knowledge of AutoCAD/ Microsoft Project/ Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent command of the English language

Salary & Benefits

• An attractive remuneration package will be offered, commensurate with experience.
• 13th salary
• 22 days of paid annual leave, increasing with the years
• Days & hours of Work: Monday – Friday / 08:00 – 16:30
