Talent Acquisition Manager (Maternity Cover)
Job Description
Job Purpose:
The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for the acquisition of all talent in Remedica, including the design and evolution of the recruitment process, sourcing, and management of third-party agencies.
The role will develop and manage internal and external Talent acquisition processes, from sourcing to candidate experience, across all locations where Remedica operates, focusing on both quality and efficiency. This includes the acquisition of senior talent either directly or through the critical and selective use of specialist agencies.
The TA Manager must closely collaborate with other members of the HR function and HRBPs to ensure a consistent and ‘One HR’ approach is used to maximise organisational efficiencies while focusing on customer service to the business.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Process Excellence and Technology Enablement
•Establish standardised global TA processes, leveraging technology to ensure automation, consistency, and compliance (currently SAP SF)
•Lead the selection and implementation of recruitment platforms and digital tools
•Ensure data accuracy, privacy compliance, and use of TA analytics for proactive workforce insights
•Continuously improve TA tools, processes, and methodologies through data-driven experimentation, stakeholder feedback, and innovation.
•Integrate external Labor market intelligence, competitor benchmarking, and internal turnover data to inform TA strategy and sourcing decisions.
Executive Hiring and Talent Pipelining
•Define and implement governance for TA delivery: roles, responsibilities, service levels, escalation protocols. Set and monitor global performance standards and KPIs (e.g. Time to hire, quality-of-hire, offer acceptance rate, etc).
•Act as a strategic partner to the CHRO and business leaders on executive hiring and succession-critical roles
•Lead or coordinate senior-level searches globally and develop a talent pipeline for critical and specialist roles.
•Use advanced talent mapping to identify and engage external talent aligned with long-term needs
Employer Brand and Candidate Experience
•Create and lead global EVP activation and employer brand positioning in partnership with Communications
•Develop global and regional strategies for talent attraction, with a focus on hard-to-fill and strategic roles
•Ensure seamless handover to onboarding processes to maintain a consistent candidate experience from offer through new hire integration. Leadership, Capability Building, and Collaboration
•Enable HR business partners and leaders to act as talent magnets and hiring decision-makers
•Act as a visible change leader to embed a global mindset, shared accountability, and continuous evolution of TA practices across the enterprise.
Stakeholder Engagement and Talent Planning
•Manage and coach a Recruitment Officer (Cyprus-based)
•Partner closely with HRLT, Business Group Presidents, and Function Heads to understand evolving workforce needs
Qualifications and Skills:
•Education: Bachelor's degree in HR, economics, business administration, or other business disciplines.
•Experience: At least 12 years of experience in Talent Acquisition with significant experience in large/medium-sized global pharma companies.
•Demonstrated achievements in delivering HR initiatives in complex and dynamic business contexts (e.g. Growth, Start-up or Turnaround contexts)
•Experience with designing and improving recruitment processes and sourcing strategies
•Communication Skills: The job requires frequent explanation of information or procedures, adapting style to different people, resolving misunderstandings, and ensuring shared understanding
•Language knowledge: Proficiency in English is mandatory; Greek is an advantage
Salary range:
Minimum Pay: 32,064.00 EUR gross annually
Maximum Pay:48,096.00 EUR gross annually
